The Sweet Escape is a private studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, queen-size bed, sleeps 2 people with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
The Sweet Escape has a great window seat for reading or for watching the harbor activity. The views are unmatched.
Access to a beautiful waterfront picnic area with picnic table.
You will never tire of watching the harbor activity. A stairway from the street level leads to The Sweet Escape, it is not handicapped accessible so if stairs are a problem this might not work for you. We are a private vacation rental so we do not have daily maid service and we do not provide breakfast. The Sweet Escape rents for $250.00 per night with a 2 night minimum stay, a one time cleaning fee of $35.00 and sales tax of 10.5%. Rates subject to change without notice.
Provisions in the Sweet Escape: a radio, full kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware and linens.
The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils dishes, salt and pepper. Bath Towels, Bed linens and a hair dryer is furnished. We do not furnish personal soaps or shampoo, toothpaste or other personal items. We do not furnish any food. We do not furnish laundry facilities. We offer a flat screen TV, with internet based programming only, we do not offer cable TV and WIFI.
The Sweet Escape and The Summer Dream are a perfect combo for two couples traveling together.
They are separate, but side by side. Each has a separate entry. Both are about 50 feet from the waters edge.

We are a self-sufficient private vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed number of guests booked with your reservation.
We live on the property and we do not allow you to just show up with extra guests. Please do not embarrass us or yourself by thinking we will not ask non-paying guests to leave.
From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs. If you have problems with stairs this might not be the place for you. We are not handicapped accessible. We do not allow comfort, companion, service or pet animals. We are a pet free , private vacation rental. We are not a handicap accessible property. We are not ADA. Please note you will be ask to take the pets or service animals off the property immediately.
