The Summer Dream is located next door to the Sweet Escape, and features a full kitchen. Sleeps 2 adults only. The unrestricted harbor view is unmatched on San Juan Island, like the Sweet Escape there is nothing between you and the water but plate glass. The Summer Dream sits back from the water about 50 feet. The Summer Dream also has a queen-size bed and the bath a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower. Enjoy the tranquility, with absolutely one of the most dynamic water views. Access to a beautiful waterfront picnic area with picnic table and chairs to enjoy the view. The Summer Dream rents for $250.00 per night with a one time cleaning fee of $35.00 and sales tax of 10.5%. Rates subject to change without notice.

A long stairway leads to the Summer Dream from the street level. If stairs are a problem The Summer Dream might not work for you. We are a self-sufficient private vacation rental and do not offer daily maid service and we do not have breakfast. We do not offer laundry faculties
The Summer Dream is a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, queen-
size bed and a bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
Provisions in the Summer Dream: radio, full kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware and towels, linens and hair dryers are furnished. We do not furnish personal soaps or shampoo, toothpaste or other personal items. We do not furnish any food. We do not furnish laundry facilities.
The Sweet Escape and The Summer Dream are a perfect combo for two couples traveling together.
They are separate, but side by side. Each has a separate entry. Both are about 50 feet from the waters edge. We offer a flat screen TV, HD antenna, and internet based programming only we do not offer cable TV.

We are a self-sufficient private vacation rental, there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed number of guests booked with your reservation. We live on the property and we do not allow you to just show up with extra guests. Please do not embarrass us or yourself by thinking we will not ask non-paying guests to leave.
From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs. If you have problems with stairs this might not be the place for you. We are not handicapped accessible. We do not allow comfort, companion, service or pet animals. We are a pet free vacation rental. We are not a handicap accessible property. We are not ADA. Please note you will be ask to take the pets or service animals off the property immediately
