The Captain’s Quarters
The Captain’s Quarters, features two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wrap around full water view deck, beautiful waterfront picnic area with a picnic table and chairs. Every room has a water view. We have a Smart TV, internet based programming and local antenna programs in the living room, cable TV is not available. WIFI is available. The Captain’s Quarters will sleep a maximum of four people. The deck actually suspends over the water. The Captain’s Quarters has a 2-night minimum, a one-time cleaning fee of $100.00 and a 10.8% state and local sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice.
From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs. If you have problems with stairs this might not be the place for you. We are not handicapped accessible.

We do not allow pets, comfort, companion or service animals. We are not handicapped accessible and do not allow service animals. From the street level you come down a long flight of stairs. If you have problems with stairs this might not be the place for you. We are not handicapped accessible. We do not allow comfort, companion, service or pet animals. We are a pet free vacation rental.
Provisions in the Captain’s Quarters: All linens, Wi-Fi, full kitchen with paper towels, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware. We do not furnish laundry faculties. We do not provide daily maid service or breakfast. In the bathroom, we furnish towels, linens, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

We are a self-sufficient vacation rental; there is no daily housekeeping. There are no extra linens for more than the allowed number of guests booked with your reservation.
We are a pet free rental. We are not handicapped accessible, no comfort, companion, service animals and no pets allowed. We will ask you to take them off the property immediately.
